Really? I think Destiny is much more interesting than Halo ever was. Don't get me wrong, I love Halo, but I think Destiny has a lot more going on that Halo did.

The rest I agree with. It seems like without Trautmann and Nylund, Halo wouldn't be as good as it was, lore wise, anyway. It would have probably still been a great and fun game, but without as interesting of a backstory and story.

And we obviously know how the Helljumpers thing worked out. They are arguably even more interesting and badass than Spartans. So Bungie was definitely wrong on that account, if that story was true.
