Great points! I hadn't even thought about piecemeal 'attributes of spartans' being used in other divisions.

My question though is, do you not think the 'Spartan' is the ultimate 'human' asset? Why give a sniper just the ocular implants? Why give a bomb specialist just mjolnir-type armor and an energy shield? Do you not see any field-operative or soldier benefiting from everything the spartan program has to offer? (These are honest questions by the way, not antagonistic.)

I feel like the 'spartan' in Halo really is "the next step in human evolution" as the Librarian said. Especially in the ways of the military.
