So then talk about Halo. No one forced you to respond to my post and those points in particular to interact with me about the franchise. If you want to bite and have a discussion about inclusivity and representation in video games, with Halo framing it, then that's awesome. Your first reply to me as well as Loftus's were good examples of having a nice, educated, mutual conversation about that topic.

There are four others who commented at length about the novella and only the general ideas of it who you, others, and myself ignored instead of just ignoring me and my rants as usual. Like I said, you and the others didn't have to bite. Instead, we all wanted to have a dialogue on this issue and we had one, hit or miss, civil or furious, we all partook in it.

Munky had to go off and essentially label Hyokin's reply as cancerous. Hyokin didn't interact with Munky nor was Hyokin's comment directed towards them. Then, he tried to insist me first thing in his only direct reply to me which led us here.

There is animosity in this discussion and it's not just coming from me, because of me, or towards me.

I understand that, but personally I want to talk about what Halo could become, not what remains. What we do share is wanting to have a good conversation about Halo no matter the topic. The only thing that I and others need to work on is how we better manage our personalities clashing with each other in a peaceful environment.

Perhaps that's just what it needs for anyone who is interested in such a conversation. I can admit that I overreact at times on here but it's never without trying sincerely to have an underlying respect for the other person I'm talking to. I do understand how many people on here are uncomfortable and don't have the level of familiarity in the issues I'm raising. That's totally fine, though like any situation, aggressive stances are typically met with aggressive stance and especially so when one or more of the parties have a personal interest in the topic. However, I do appreciate when you and others call me out because I do need that safety net like everyone else as it makes you grow as a communicator.
