It is not possible to understate the power of this tool. Players will have an unprecedented ability to create structurally and visually unique maps.

I started out just trying to create a starting platform for a map. I was just learning what kind of objects I had access to, and ended up with shallow steps that curved at the end. There were lights in the ceiling that actually projected light below. I could adjust the color of every block and even the glass.

I then decided I didn't really care for the space aesthetic and wanted to simplify the platform. With the general shape in mind, I was able to revise it into a super clean form, and used fog to create a sky-colored VR-like skybox that completely hides the space scene.

This is me just dorking around. I can't even imagine what people will be able to accomplish with this Forge.

That being said, the control scheme has changed and the complexity of the tool has changed. MANY features are now able to be adjusted or toggled with two button presses, but it's learning these controls that will be difficult for a lot of people.

I'm also hearing a lot of bug reports, and apparently you can corrupt your map to the point where it is unrecoverable.

And the canvases are surprisingly small coming from Forge Island, especially Parallax. To be fair, this Forge is clearly more technically demanding, but I like having elbow room for my projects.

Perfect, no. Easy to use, no. Best Forge ever? It's very hard to say anything other than yes.
