Sorry to disappoint you. But switching those four controls around has no point to them.
I'm not denying that elements of the controls have a vital importance. However, moving the vertical controls to the A & B and switching around the X & Y buttons are not needed at all. These are core movement controls that have been in Forge, since the start. And changing them, only complicates things. They provide nothing new to the system. Selecting and deselecting objects could have stayed on A & B without causing issues. As could X & Y not being switched around.
