Even the one's that stick pretty close to normal Covenant designs look rubbish with the two giant engines on the back.

And the new squid and whale like one's? No.

I'm fine with the Covenant changing its look, especially the Elite's, but the designs are horribly generic and rubbish.

It also doesn't help that those ships are now being used by the Arbiter and the Covenant, so there's no distinction between the two.

I'm sure there's some strained lore explanation for this, but its really just covering up laziness.
