Is it not potentially a good thing? Genuinely asking.

Can low (relatively) sales numbers make 343i do something drastic (and potentially great) to try and change that? Can it make them stop trying to appeal to the masses and instead focus on trying to bring "classic" Halo fans back in? Or will it just lead to Microsoft letting Halo die because it's not bringing in the money any more?

This is just musing, as I personally loved Halo 5 and thought it was a real return to form as a Halo game, and I hope 343i keep improving on what they're doing.
