: Now the Reach version and the new Autumn-class are very close with only minor
: differences, but the Halo 1 to Reach version to me are quite different.
In regards to the idea of tinkering, with the gaming industry, technology increases every generation. We also learn how to better use technology with each game developed. We can either honor the past design of a vehicle, which may have been subject to technological limitations in its detailing, or we can use technology to reimagine a vehicle with better technology, and deeper detailing.
Personally I'm okay with upgrading and re-imagining of a concept, if we're using new technology to improve. I feel like we're going to continue to dishonor past designs in the future. Especially once we get into Halo's TV debut. I hope we at least keep the basic concepts and overall silhouettes and coloration of the past designs. As presented, the Ghost has done great with its evolution.
