I just realized this is you two arguing like:
"It would've sucked in these ways that aren't totally consistent with what Microsoft said."
"No, it would've sucked in these other ways that aren't totally consistent with what Microsoft said."

Even if they figured out what the features would be and how they would work, the features were still cut and they're not coming back, and it we ever find out the specifics, which is kind of doubtful, it'll probably be years from now.
