Think about it for a second, and REALLY think about it. Do you honestly think that you could buy a game, and then lend it to anyone on your friends list as long as you consider them one of the 10 people that are in your family? You criticize them for implementing DRM, but then think that they are going to let 10 people anywhere in the world to play your ONE copy for free? This is way too good to be true guys.
From what I've been reading (And granted, these sources aren't exactly super concrete) it seems that when everyone states that you will be able to share your game with family, you are only lending the game to someone in order for them to try it out. By "try it out", I mean that they are basically playing a demo of the game. They get the game and are able to play it for 30-45 minutes and then are kicked off. This seems like a MUCH more likely scenario than letting any 10 people on your friends list play your entire game as long as you flag them as family and only 1 person plays it at a time. That would completely defeat the purpose of lending games over XBL with a limit of 1 share per game when you can just let any 10 friends play your game for free any time that you want.
Below is where I got my info. Again, it's just a rumor and most of this info is coming from the comments, but if you really think about it for a second, it makes a lot of sense.
