The game is far from fixed, there are countless bugs in matchmaking and campaign, co-op at times is broken, Halo 3's forge mode is completely broken, dedicated servers are still offline, ect. The state of this game is not something they can just bury under the rug and go "oops, my bad". It's upset alot of fans both casual and hardcore.
