The concept and goal of what they sold is really frackin cool, however it did not execute the way it was supposed to.
In short, while patience is a virtue and common sense goes a long way (go outside, read a book and what have you), at the end of the day, they sold something that didn't work.
It still has the POTENTIAL to get better, and that is a very good thing, that they aren't leaving it as-is.
I have to agree with the other: We're it any other product, any other company, people wouldn't put up with that crap. They'd return it for a refund, as they rightly should.
Simply put, if you can't play it when you want to play it, it is broken. (This of course does not apply to acts of god, the internet going out, lizard douche attacks and that stuff)
