Quit bans still exist in Halo 4 people.

I got one. Its pretty easy to get.

Start a game and be on a team with a party of grieffers.
Quit and try to find a new game
Get placed in the same game you quit
Quit and try to find a new game
Get placed in the same game you quit
Quit and try to find a new game
Get placed in the same game you quit
Quit and try to find a new game
Get placed in the same game you quit
Quit and try to find a new game
Get placed in the same game you quit
Quit and try to find a new game
Wait a few minutes
Get placed in the same game you quit
Quit and try to find a new game
Get a quitting ban and put in a MW3 disc and enjoy functional matchmaking.

Join in progress is great. However TruSkill matchmaking completely ruins it(and EVERYTHING ELSE for that matter).
