Dude you said compare to that, right? What's that thing you told me about banana peels? Just because you saw a miniscule few sets of armor doesn't mean anything. This is 343 we're talking about.
: I'd have to switch to internet explorer app or whatever. I'm betting this
: will be integrated into the game. So, faster. Less steps.
Eh, good point.
: Those weapon indicators weren't so bad at RTX. More invasive now, but at
: least they only show up when you're close.
They need to stop holding hands or make their maps and geometry good to a point where people can see weapons without them blending in to everything, assuming that's their dumb reasoning behind this. Note: All of their reasoning is dumb, in my opinion (since, you know, Halo has clearly failed and never survived without these weapon indicators, because that clearly is what's wrong with Halo). Why do they have to clutter up the screen and put icons on all the things everywhere at all times? Can't wait to see if they continue to treat CTF like they did in H4.
: Right above radar. It's a good system, but the callouts they chose are whack.
: If you can customize them, I'll fix them.
Again, didn't notice. Even Bungie's callouts in Reach are whack. 343 won't let you customize them, odds are. I'd say get rid of them, especially if they're made pointless because the callouts are braindead. Not sure how "good system" works if the entire point is moot.
: Should provide feedback on each sound at some point. They aren't all bad. For
: example, the campain's BR sounds fantastic. A++
You know it's bad when you have to qualify it by saying "they aren't all bad." I mean damn, even Halo 4's gameplay mechanics aren't all bad.
: The multiplayer carbine sound is awful, though.
lol
: That's not gonna happen.
: Hoping they're just heavy rockets. Or a mortar. The rockets have looked the
: same since H:CE. Changing that would infuriate me.
I doubt they're stupid enough to change it. Either way, weapon redundancies can be really lame. Adding things to add them isn't always a good idea. I guess we'll see.
