Don't get me wrong, I totally love and appreciate your hyperbole. I get what you're doing, and without using any sarcasm I really love it. But...!
Let's take a look at my totally subjective reasoning for it being a cash grab!
When your H4 game sells like no one's business, yet still sucks so bad that the population has dropped like no one's business and the future of the franchise is no longer a sure thing, why not focus your time, energy, and resources on a game that was already released, played, and loved a decade ago to try and bring that population back? You know, as opposed to putting every single resource into making Halo 5 the best damn Halo ever. For real ever. But hey, people loved H2, and surely they'll drop money on it to try and get those "old good Halo times" back, right? Total cash grab.
Not a sequel. Not a continuation of a story. Not a "real" ten year anniversary since, you know, the real anniversary, aka the start of Halo, was already celebrated with H1A. I mean what's next? Are they really gonna do H3A in 2017? Doubt it! Sure, you can argue that's because maybe H3 will still be around and playable on Live at that time, but nope. There's no cash grab there. It won't work. Sorry. H2A? Cash grab. Get mad homie. :P
