Yeah, that's definitely a subjective definition.

If they're completely graphically overhauling Halo 2, and putting in a functional XBL multiplayer component, I don't consider that a 'cash-grab.' If it was just re-released and literally nothing was done to it, then that, to me, would better fit the vague definition. Though, what if they wanted to do it to please the fans who demanded it, or to please themselves so they can replay it online? Is it still a cash grab? Dumb phrase is dumb, please abolish it.
