Also, 'ranking' system:

Use Reach's 'The Arena' with modifications. No daily game requirement: show your division and % after first 10-20 games. Update daily, or as often as reasonable (maybe every 6 or 12 hours). No Rating to confuse people, TrueSkill based on team performance in team games only. No monthly resets. Try to make it clear that ranking and progression should be two different things.

Calculate in every playlist except ActionSack or equivalents. Only show next to your name in specified playlists.

Progression system: not tied to ranking in any way. Something like Reach, where it basically just shows how long you've played on that account. Points for daily challenges is nice.
