Who said anything about you or loyalty? He said the "super core guys", whatever that means, will buy different devices for different stuff, while most people will prefer fewer devices, which is what they're providing, and he said he thinks people that are just interested in gaming will still go with their console.

How can you guarantee they won't provide more/better service this time, especially since they're pushing this angle so hard?
If they don't, well, they probably don't really care-- I'm pretty sure a large majority of their money console-wise comes from America.
