I don't see the problem with mandatory Kinect since it'll come with every console, and what's this about sacrificing game support, what did they do?

I agree there, except I'd say it's more than a plus, given that they had (limited) backwards compatibility in the 360 for the original Xbox, their competitors in that time-frame had backwards compatibility (even if it was eroded), and the Wii U has backwards compatibility (with the previous console, at least, and there's still Virtual Console where people can play all kinds of old games), it's kind of expected; I probably wouldn't call it make-or-break, but it's significant
