I'll believe it when I see a Halo game targeting 60fps on the 360.

No, but it might be a bit much to expect from a cross-gen game. Ghosts is being released on PS4 and Xbone, but it's also a PS360 title. Unless you want them to develop several different titles named "Ghosts," what we're seeing is reasonable.
