First off it's rude, inconsiderate. and has no business being said. That goes hand-in-hand with acknowledging someone's feelings and being a decent person who doesn't mock someone. Secondly, it's rather hypocritical when heterosexuality and cisgender identities are considered to be the "norm" when damn near everything in society leans to highlight and cater to straight cis people either passively, actively, or even violently.
What's your point?
