: Chock it up to waning interest in Halo 4 and increasing interest in Destiny.
: (I'd like to see a return of an HBO community night again. Playing with some
: ideas as I write this)
It's truly amazing how a company with people so passionate about Halo could manage to totally f*ck up the franchise. I mean, Jesus... Half of Bungie said they were tired of Halo and wanted to do something different for the first time in 10 years. But even they couldn't have made Halo 4 such an awful game if they had tried.
Maybe I'm wrong, but this is why Halo 4 was so damn depressing. It's one thing if a company clearly doesn't care about its IP and makes a crappy game. That's unfortunate, but understandable. But 343I is stacked with people who love Halo. I mean, heck, good old Frankie is along for the ride. But when a group of Halo lovers makes such an awful game, how can you possibly have any hope for the rest of the series? How are you even supposed to care anymore?
Wanted: 343I. Wanted for the murder of Halo.
