: I think I see where you are going with this. I too was thinking the composed
: humans couldn't show their true emotions since they were enslaved and
: controlled.

: I believe 343i can fix them up enough to make them more interesting by adding
: more menacing animations. I find the back plate fluttering to be quite
: good and scary. Knights walk a bit stiff legged so maybe that can be
: improved to be more fluid.

That isn't even close to an enemy personality like an Elite, Grunt, or Hunter. Even Brutes have more going for them than that.

Fluttering your back plate is no form of human emotion that I recognize. OK it can signify rage or anger but it's not great and the questions then become: why are they angry? what are they thinking? why are enslaved humans angry at the success of a free human? do they remember being human? what part of them is human?

: The Watchers are nearly perfect in my opinion, as are the Crawlers. Perhaps
: the Crawlers animations could be made even more dog-like while adding a
: bit of gravity to their jumps.

Are Crawlers actually dogs? Or are they humans? Will they yelp when scared? Will they feel fear? Panic? Contempt? Elation? How will they express those emotions? As dogs or as people?

Will we get talking dogs or barking people?
