This is literally what everyone complained about for Halo 4; the pointless redesigns of weapons, Chief's armor, The Dawn, the Warthog, etc. It was entirely for change for the sake of change and it was what really turned off a lot of people to the franchise.

I understand that they want to change some things without messing with the fundamentals because no one wants to play the same game every three years. That's okay! We totally understand that!

Adding gimmicks from other shooters(ground pound, etc.) and remodeling classic designs entirely(SPNKR, Chief's Armor) is not how you do that.

Halo 5 doesn't even look like a Halo game anymore.

If you put it beside Halo 2 or Halo 3, they don't even look similar.

It literally looks like someone modded the armor and a few guns into a totally different game... and we all know which one that is, but I'd rather not beat the dead horse.

Not unless it buys me dinner and takes me to a nice movie first.
