Judging from the appearance of the petrified Watcher on the actual level, you could call him "stuck" with the arrows if you wanted to. They really aren't all that big, and they don't seem to go all the way though his body. I tend to side with Forrest on "stuck" meaning "pricked," or, for that matter, "impaled." (I never read anywhere that "stuck" can't mean "impaled;" it is a slang term, after all.) But it can be validly read either way, and I don't think you can really hope to prove either interpretation.
