In Response To: Halo 4 and the 2 weapon limit (Cody Miller)

I still had to weapon scrounge in Halo 4. It was very important for me on Legendary. Same way as in other Halo's. Grab and drop, grab and drop to make a cache. Adding skulls made it even more important.
