Yep! He doesn't need to be the Arbiter anymore. This armor he wears now seems more fitting for a man of his stature and role. Makes me wonder if the position of the Arbiter has been restored to its honorable state with Fal 'Chavamee thought more highly of without the Great Journey being a pain in everybody's ass.
