They can't exactly point it out more than it already has been. :P
By the time the Xbox One comes out, Halo 4 will already be a year old.
There's nothing to say that an Xbox One version would have to keep that connection, or if it did then it probably wouldn't be any more than a side effect of it's PC origins.
You could just as easily say that linking a Windows 8 app to the Xbox 360 is weird.
It's not like you can play Xbox 360 games on a PC, tablet or phone.
Anyway, all I was saying is that an Xbox One version would seem more likely, due to the console running a version of Windows 8.
