Mostly because they didn't include that snippet with the DMR. I really wouldn't put it past them to reduce auto-aim on the BR (and I don't really think it needed any change in its auto-aim to begin with, though I suppose the four shot thing could potentially need this change to occur) while completely ignoring the auto-aim on the DMR. It seems that they feel that the DMR is totally fine in every way, shape, and form except for its ability to hit at a particular distance, otherwise they would have done much more to it (rate of fire probably being the main thing they should have bumped down on it).
