This all makes me sad.

One of the hallmarks of Halo when it was released was that it was SLOW, and believable slow, compared to other crazy fast FPSs. It made sense, and the content of the game was balanced with the speed, especially in multiplayer.
They do seem to be going down that MOAR MOAR MOAR route which necessitates an increase in speed to keep the balance. It's literally a downward spiral. *sigh*
