I've been playing since Monday, and this ^ is one of the main problems I've had with matchmaking. Sometimes it does exit multiplayer eventually, sometimes right away, and sometimes I have to pop the disc out or restart the Xbox.
That and long/unsuccessful wait times.

I've had some pretty good matches though - playing Halo CE online is as fun and novel as I hoped it would be. Also got into a few BTB matches in Halo 2; Team Slayer on Relic was a blast.
Then yesterday I didn't get any matches at all - although I didn't wait very long before going back to HCEA.

I wonder why people's experiences vary so widely? Network connections? The inherent screwiness of the MCC? Rampancy?

Lastly, I think there is a bug that's making me die a lot in both MP and Campaign.
Oh....no, it's always been like that.
