I learned to capitalize on people's high emotions/excitement quickly, and properly. It taking 2-3 weeks to get the game to work proper, people are already falling off the bandwagon because it wasn't soon enough. Personally I don't get an XBO and Halo MCC until December, so these faults don't directly affect me.

But indirectly, I fear for the franchise's future and momentum. That affects me. Trust from 343 has been lost from a significant amount of individuals, and trust is something that's hard to build back. In any kind of relationship.

I hope this all clears up sooner than later, and something is done to re-energize and excite the fanbase. Otherwise Halo 5 is going to be affected in sales, as well as future Halo products. Halo had its change to overtake Call of Duty. And, well, it still does, but it's going to take effort.
