Ooh, I forgot about the Blu-Ray drive. I doubt they'll axe it entirely but make the cheapest SKU a digital-only download box seems like a decent idea for a way to shave off some costs. Wouldn't hurt developers like the no HDD/HDD thing for the 360 did.
