In my opinion, it's ugly and distracting.

I'd like the Spartans to act like professionals, not football players.

It's a reflex sight with an open frame. Looks futuristic, but it doesn't look like something the UNSC would field.

I'd recommend beefing the thing up until it's fully enclosed and larger than the devices we have today. Paradoxically, that would make it look more in line with what the UNSC fields.

Burst fire with such an extremely high rate of fire that it sounds like the gun is firing one shot instead of two or three. All bullets are fired before recoil can disrupt the shooter's aim, which means that the shots land in a tightly controlled pattern. They land right on top of each other at close ranges, defeating even the heaviest body armor.

The problem is, such a BR would have even more overlap with the DMR, which is why I recommend dropping one of them entirely.
