1. The chief lament of people here isn't that Halo 4 didn't suck the oxygen out of the room like Halo 2 did. It's that not only is it not near the top of the charts, it's being beaten by many ho-hum, run-of-the-mill games.

Halo 3 didn't destroy #2 on the list the way Halo 2 likely did, and yet it's still considered a smashing success. 343i and fans would likely love to be in BLOPS2's position, and to have been in it for the same amount of time.

Kal's argument was thus: "It was impossible from the start for Halo 4 to top the XBL charts because we have so many AAA games available now, unlike when Halo 2 was released." My counter-argument was simple: "BLOPS2 is and has been at the top of the XBL charts since its release. It is possible, and 343i would love to be in that position." You've yet to refute this.
