Multiple clones starts getting weird to me, especially since it doesn't seem like you'd return a healthy clone to the place he "died"—why not just have Duped John in the Spartan Program too?

Seems pointless to get too attached to speculation since we'll probably get some of the answers with the next episode... but it seems to me perhaps the Insurrectionists realized something was going on with John, and might have intervened?
