It would make a whole lot of fucking sense, wouldn't it? Sometimes bundles include games at a reduced price if you purchased the console and the game separately. If you don't have an internet connection, or a reliable one at that, you're essentially screwed out of buying a game you paid for. Digital codes for bundled games just reeks of cheapness. Saves money on bundling a physical copy and on preloading the game on the console. Meanwhile it can screw a consumer out of their already expensive purchase.
