I don't give two shits what other people do with their money, I can only speak for what I do with my money.

But, I'll play along anyway. Let's say that I, Revenant, had two things I really wanted to buy this holiday. One of them is an xbox 1 and MCC, and the other was a ticket to my favorite band coming to town.

The concert is a week before the xbone and MCC come out.

I decide, that I really want the xbone and MCC more. So that means I miss the concert. Two days after the concert, I learn that I inferred details about the xbone and MCC that were not accurate. It doesn't mater if they were properly explained to me or not at this point.

I decide that now, the MCC and xbone are not for me, so I don't buy them.

I still have my money that I saved.

Yeah, I can't see that concert anymore. That sucks. Nothing I can do about it though, time has passed.

And I'm not losing that $450 on the xbone and game anymore...

GV, I get that you're salty about the dedi-server thing. I'm not disagreeing with you there.

But if you already went out and bought a console with the intent to get the game, that's your fault.

You should have waited for all the info. There is NO arguing this.

Even then, you can still sell your console, maybe exchange it for store credit. Whatever. Something, is typically better than nothing.

If your argument is that, well, had you known what you know now, you could have bought something else, well that's just too goddamn bad, friend.
