I really, really hope that 343I's art department wasn't responsible for those Elite designs. The Arbiter especially looks hideous, and not in a good way. I mean, what's the point in redesigning him like that, especially when he more or less resembles his classic look in every other scene? This is even worse that the nonsensical redesign of the Chief's armor in Halo 4.
