: 1) Natural stuff. Rocks, trees. It's amazing how big a difference trees made
: to Forge Island maps (for the better.)

So true. They just need to ensure ALL natural items are in the Natural category and cheap.
NOT UNDER BUILDINGS CATEGORY!

: 2) Forge Island. While Forge World was in many ways more attractive (from a
: scenery standpoint, if not the pieces), the simplicity and options Forge
: Island presents outweigh its downsides.

Agreed.

: 3) Group, copy, paste, undo-- that's sort of four, sort of one. In my mind,
: you can group objects by painting a la Halo Wars, group those objects and
: then lock them like you can with single objects or manipulate them as a
: block. A single undo lets you avoid making those accidental
: "whoops" moments. And the copy and paste ability combined with
: groups means you can rapidly make a symmetrical map in minutes.

I'd count that as three since "copy" is the same as the current "duplicate" option.
Grouping would be awesome as would Undo. Could have used both this week.
