For those who have S3 savage4 chipset video cards and have texture problems with Oni (I have a Diamond Stealth III also), I found these sites on the glsetup boards (under savage4):
Download the s3micd.dll file from:

http://bws.sprintnet.pl/files/driver/graphics/s3/savage4/picd/22017/s3micd.zip

or

http://savagemax.newmail.ru/drivers.htm and download OpenGL ICD 2.20.17.

Unzip it then copy the file to overwrite the one on the windows/system directory. It solves the problem, and to change resolutions, you have to press enter after changing (it will exit the game) and restart the game; it will be at the desired resolution.
