Well, I'm using Win95 so I know it works, but you could try reading the readme.txt file in the install directory for details of all the known issues - mainly video card stuff. My initial trouble was just because of an outdated version of opengl and I can recommend downloading and running glsetup (which you can get off the net). It will automatically give you the latest drivers etc, assuming your video card is compatible to start with.

And to all you bloodsuckers out there - get a life. The game is great and the lack of gore a plus.
