It's a reference to "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." The old man at the bridge of death (also the same old man from scene 27) asks each of the characters three questions. Should they get one wrong, they are cast into the pit of eternal peril. The last question he asked king Arthur was "What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?" Watch to movie to understand, I really shouldn't go into it all here.
