In Response To: Re: The Myth Journal Writer (Cavalier_Guy)

Okay, this is to address all criticisms to the thoery, not just the ones from Calalier Guy's response, ok?

: Myth 3 is 1000 yrs before TLF (all u know)

I know that. I was referring to the "The story that hasn't happened yet" bit from the Myth3 manual.

: He is cleary in the army, read the meanual text.

I wasn't suggesting that he wasn't in the army, but rather than he was a hilltop general, a bit like Saladin, rather than a front-line sword swinger, and that this is why we never actually see him ingame. Sure, he seems to have got his hands dirty in close combat on a few occasions, as seen in the journal entries, but in the missions we never recieve a unit with any distinct "this guy is the journal writer" suggestion.

: He wouldnt refer to himself like that hed say something
: like: only 2 and me are left.

He often refers to The Legion in the third person. Are you suggesting that he isn't a part of the Legion either? ;)

Seraph: No, Rabican was the most physically proficient of the Nine.

More Seraph: In the prologue, he speaks of the Jman as being mad when he is regaled with the spinning world theory.

Yet more Seraph: We can see that the Fallen Lords, despite their immense prowess, rarely commit themselves to combat immediately, preferring to hold back and direct the larger scheme of things. With less individual prowess and less expendable troops, it would stand to reason that the Avatara would not normally wade into battle in the desperate, gung-ho manner we see Alric use in the later levels.
