The shapes are organic but the surfaces aren't fair or smooth. They look like the covies are beating out the shapes by hand or are making them out of paper mache. Is this intentional or are you using the wrong tools?
TSplines would let you bash out those shapes really quickly and edit them easily. And the surfaces wouldn't have all those blemishes and crinkles and the edges wouldn't look like they had been crimped with pliers.
Your workflows would, probably, be much easier. You could bash them out quickly. Find them easier to edit. And the results would look nicer.
