Why is it that every time you hit post you get another idea?

The Halo 4 Hunter shield is kind of pointed at one end.

How many pointed Hunter shields could fit together into a cone shape? Apollo command modules have a flattish reentry shield and a conical body. Imagine two Hunter pairs with interlocked shields and a discardable heat shield. Or let's not worry about the physics and imagine they come down point first.

When is the last time we had a Halo universe art contest?

Would anybody be interested in designing a Lekgolo HEV armor set? It could be for a single Hunter or a Hunter pair or multiple pairs but a single pair seems about the right size.
