Well that and Frankie did say that he wasn't going to guarantee that the modded content was okay. He was basically implying that they were alright with it, more or less, and would sort of look the other way. The fact that it wasn't a straight guarantee was enough for me to outright reject taking part in any lobby with any modded content because I'm not going to risk getting banned based on something I might not know about going on in the background with said content. Add in the campaign theater stuff to the mix and I'm not all that surprised.

I do agree with you both though about it being pretty whack how it's being enforced. Ban it all or don't. Or at least give the guy a warning to remove it and slap it up on a Halo Bulletin telling the world that stuff regarding campaign theater is unacceptable. But then again, this is 343, so is anyone really surprised by stuff like this from them anymore? I haven't been able to make sense of half of the things they've done with this game from day one.
