Modding was never legal. Just because Frankie said they sort of kind of don't care about it sort of when it comes to multiplayer doesn't mean anything when it comes to the campaign stuff. That doesn't mean they're butt hurt at all. And please note that this post is coming from someone who thinks H4 is utter trash and that the revelations about campaign theater and the like only made 343 look even worse and ridiculous in all of this. Fact is, your budy should have known not to put that stuff in the fileshare. I refuse(d) to take part in any gametypes or maps that have been modded in H4 for this very reason. Not worth the risk.
