I think this is kind of along the lines of what you're looking for... I remember that there was a "leaked" script, either for Halo 2 or Halo 3. I seem to remember the Arbiter being in it, so I think it was for Halo 3. Either way, I remember reading the entire thing. And I was somewhat excited for it, as I recall. Turned out to be a bunch of crap (big surprise), but still. Was an interesting read.
