: even match for the much larger UNSC cruisers. And assuming the ship that
: the frigates Vostok & Arabia and destroyer Heracles fought was the
: Rapid Conversion, a cruiser designation based on firepower may have been
: warranted given that the "fight" was a 14-second curb-stomp
: battle.

If the ship at Harvest is the Rapid Conversion when the Vostok, Arabia, and Heracles is there, then evidence suggests it's a CCS-class cruiser. The size of it is apparent in The Fall of Reach: Bootcamp comic comparing it to the destroyer and frigates. If it's not the Rapid Conversion, then there's a chance the Rapid Conversion is the tiny light cruiser.
